1. How do I request a quotation?
All quotations and estimates are free. Simply use the form on our contact page and we'll be in touch. Alternatively, call us on (800) 539-4201 or e-mail us at
2. Are you hiring? If so, where do I find details of available openings?
We are often hiring and information on current openings can be found on our employment page. Even when we are not trying to fill current postings, we welcome applications. Those who have already contacted us will be considered before we advertise new openings.
3. How does your warranty work?
It's nice and simple. The warranty lasts up to 25 years in the case of certified cabling. If you ever have any problem with any cable installed by Real World Communications, let us know. We will come out and test and replace any faulty cable or component, immediately or free of charge,
4. What Standards and codes do you work to?
All of our technicians are trained and kept updated to the Standards laid out by BICSI. All of our lead technicians are BICSI-certified. Additionally, all of our installations are rigorously tested and audited against TIA and ISO standards and against the current version of the National Electrical Code.
5. Who will be my main contact while you are working on my project?
Upon agreement, all work is assigned to a Project Manager. On smaller projects this may be the lead installer. This Project Manager will stay in constant contact with you and will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or other calls that you might have.
6. Are you able to provide references for the quality of your work and service?
Naturally. References can be provided immediately on request.
7. How much should I expect my project to cost?
Sorry, but that's one that can't be adequately answered on line as it's rarely possible to provide a cost without a job walk through first. The time taken will vary based on a lot of situational factors, including the size and construction of the location. However, we do keep our prices competitive and after we do a site survey, you will not pay more than the price that we quote unless you wish to make significant changes to the specification. Naturally, the walk through and quotation are always free.
